About Culligan Parks

A great holiday that doesn't break the budget

We're a family business running three parks across the UK, from the lochs of the Cowal Peninsula to the clifftops of the Moray Firth and the North Yorkshire coast.

Hire a holiday home for a short break, bring your own tourer, take a seasonal pitch, or own a holiday home of your own. We'll help you choose the stay that suits you.

Cot House is a quiet, privately owned park in the countryside on the Cowal Peninsula, open all year round. It's a short drive from the Dunoon ferry, with walking trails, sea lochs and Benmore Botanic Garden close by.

Cullen Bay sits on the clifftops with views over the sandy beach of Cullen Bay and the Moray Firth, and you might spot dolphins offshore. The coastal path runs right past the park, and Cullen town centre, with its shops and places to eat, is a 10-minute walk away. It's a good base for the Castle, Whisky and Coastal trails, and there are several golf courses nearby.
